Submission Process

Steps for submitting procedure in CCSCM 2012:

1. Prepare abstract according to Abstract Format and send it together with the filled Abstract Form to ccscm2012[@]ccscm.net.

2. After getting the Acceptance Notification from the conference committee, kindly send us the full paper according to the Paper Format.

3. After receiving the acceptance letter for full paper, you can officially register for the conference and pay the registration fees in order to publish the paper in the conference proceedings.

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full papers including the tables, figures, results and references of their researches. Full papers (in .doc format) will be accepted by email to ccscm2012[@]ccscm.net.

All submitted articles should be previously unpublished, original research results, experimental, or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet the criteria and must not be considered for publication elsewhere.

All the manuscripts should follow the conference style subject to both reviewing and editing. The conference style template can be downloaded here.

Thanks for your interest in CCSCM 2012

All participants submitting a paper for oral presentation must officially register for the conference and pay the registration fees in order to have the paper appeared in the conference proceedings. A letter of acceptance and presentation certificate will be sent to the authors.

Best Paper Award
The conference committee will select and give awards at the conference. Only the presented papers will be considered in the selection process.
Best Student Paper Award
Beside the Best Paper Award, another process will be run to select and give awards to the qualified student papers which are presented in the conference.
